DELIVERY POLICY

Your purchases will be shipped with FedEx delivery service. Delivery is free for all purchases above $50. Delivery time can vary from 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii, depending on distance to destination. You will be contacted by email once the product has shipped.

 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all purchases from the Bio Dining online store up to 30 days after the time of purchase. The items being returned must be in new, unused condition. They must not be worn or used at all. If there was an issue with your order that was our fault (such as we shipped you the wrong product or size) then we will pay for the return shipping. If there was an issue with your order that was your fault (such as you bought the wrong size or you change your mind and don’t like the product) then you must pay for shipping. Please ship the product back to us and email us the shipping confirmation. Bio Dining is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. We will refund your account once we have received the product and have determined that is still in new, unused condition. We also accept exchanges with the same policy as stated above on paying for shipping. Please contact archana@biodining.com to set up any returns.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

We offer refunds on all purchases up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. You will receive an email when the credit is processed. If you would like a refund on an order you will need to send an email to archana@biodining.com.
